If you need to cancel an appointment please allow 36 hours or more before your appointment to allow me a chance to fill the spot. Cancellations within the 36 hours will be charged half the service. No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged 75% of the service. If a credit card on file does not work you will need to pay the cancellation fee another way before booking a future appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
